The Boulder Police Department is looking for individuals with excellent customer service skills who want to become part of a select team. Serving a population of 103,000, The Boulder Police Department offers challenging work and a selection of professional assignments. With approximately 170 commissioned members, the department is small enough to know all of your co-workers, yet large enough to provide career opportunities in patrol, detectives, a motorcycle unit, on University Hill, as a crime scene investigator, a member of the bomb squad, a firearms instructor, a school resource officer or a field training officer.
Our competitive wage and benefit package includes a starting salary of $41,600 annually, with up to a 25% increase depending on previous law enforcement experience.
