EXPERIENCED
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

 

 
The Village of Bridgeview is accepting applications for Lateral Appointment to the Position of Part-Time Police Officer.
 

 

Requirements:

  • U. S. Citizen

  • Certification

    • Must be certified as a Law Enforcement Officer by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board (full-time or part-time certification) and have prior law enforcement experience within the last 3 years of the application date.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record

  • Must pass an oral examination

  • Must pass a background investigation, polygraph and psychological testing

  • Must pass a medical examination
     

Hourly Wage:

 

$14.07 per hour
