Responsible for the management, safety, supervision and coordination of all
firearms training at the Homeland Security Training Center (HTC). Functions
performed include direct supervision of the range support staff, HTC admin.

and HSTI programs instructional needs and goals.
In collaboration with the HSTI, assist in the development and supervision of
the delivery of private sector training related to executive security,
corporate campus security, active shooter response, etc.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with the ILETSB and the
various Federal, State, local law enforcement agencies to meet both basic
qualification range/simulator needs as well as advanced, tactical training
Manage scheduling of instructional resources required for the different
instruction modules and contribute to the overall HSTI strategic plan related
to simulation and live-fire exercises.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date complete electronic inventory of ammunition
and weapons secured within the Homeland Security Training Center.

and oversee budget, ordering and safe storage of said materials.
Supervise the preparation and submission of all documentation to city,
country, state and federal requirements related to the operation of a
live-fire range, simulators and ammunition storage.
