  • US Citizenship

  • 60 college semester credit hours from a accredited college or university by application deadline

  • The 60 college credit hours may be waived if the applicant has served in the United States Armed Forces for 24 months and has not had a dishonorable discharge or under circumstances less than honorable or the applicant has served for 180 days of active duty in the United States Armed Forces in combat duty recognized by the Department of Defense and has not been dishonorably discharged

  • Must be 21 years of age as of the date of filing and less than 35 years of age at the date of hire

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Valid POWER Test Card (issued within 6 months of the written exam date)

Applicants must be in good physical condition and will be required to pass a written test, an oral examination, background investigation, and a polygraph test.


After a conditional offer of employment is made, successful candidates must pass comprehensive medical and psychological tests prior to appointment.
