Registration begins at 8:30 AM

Applicants must meet a variety of qualifications, as specified in the Rules and Regulations of the Fire and Police Commission and State Statutes, including but not limited to the following:

• $35 non-refundable application fee
• U.S. citizenship
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• 21 by date of final eligibility list 04/9/21 unless qualified exemption
• 35 years of age at time of hire unless otherwise qualified exemption
• Must have at least 20/100 vision in each eye correctable to 20/20 and shall not be color blind;
• Successful completion of POWER test with a licensed agency within one (1) year PRIOR to written exam (04/24/2021). Candidates may take the POWER test at one of the following agencies:
