Position Details

The Ford County Sheriff's Office in Paxton, IL is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Corrections Officer position.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a High School diploma or GED certificate
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Posses a valid driver's license
• Be able to pass a background check, physical and drug screen 

Illinois Corrections certified preferred but not required.

Maximum of 4 year lateral transfers accepted.
