Law Enforcement Software Sales: Account Executive

JusticeONE® / Courtware Solutions, Inc. is a progressive law enforcement and municipal court software company with clients in Tennessee and Georgia.

We are currently seeking to fill an outside sales position in Mississippi.

As a representative for the JusticeONE® suite of products, the Account Executive will partner closely with the Director of Sales to increase customer base developing new business with new and existing client accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads, schedule presentations through cold calling, relationship building, and support other sales initiatives
• Travel (Entire state of Mississippi) to customer locations, industry trade shows, and on-site demonstrations
• Work with Director of Sales to manage opportunities throughout the sales process
• Handle inbound inquiries on all JusticeONE® products and services
• Meet pre-set annual sales activity quota(s)
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated with the ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment
• Well-developed logical thinking and reasoning skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills (previous public speaking experience a plus)
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and company associates.
• Must possess general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office products
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel 50-70%
