Police Chief

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• FBI National Academy graduate or the equivalent of postgraduate work in police, public or business administration is desirable.
• Must meet minimum standards for police officers as set forth in AS 18.65.240; be able to obtain an Alaska Police Standards Council Advanced Certificate within one year from date of hire.
