Position Details

General Duties:

The position, under the general supervision of the Records Supervisor, is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical tasks including:

• Data entry
• Review and processing of reports and citations
• Filing
• General recordkeeping 

The position requires:

• Ability to exercise independent judgement
• A high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner 

Position Qualifications: 

• Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with one to three years of office experience with emphasis in general office operations.
• Previous experience in public safety and/or local government experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Tyler Technologies New World Public Safety software and Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests is highly desirable. 

Hours Per Week:

Monday through Friday

8:00 am – 4:30 pm
