The Board of Fire Commissioners of the Oswego Fire Protection District, Kendall and Will Counties, Illinois seeks applicants to establish an eligibility list for full- time entry level firefighter/paramedics.
All candidates must have earned the EMT-P certification and must have earned the State of Illinois Firefighter II / BOF certification by time of initial hire.
Candidates must have a valid CPAT and Ladder Climb certification, dated within one year, at time of application and at time of Conditional Offer of Employment.

Weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
All applications must be picked up in-person. A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 (cash or check) shall be due and payable to the Oswego Fire Protection District at the time that applications are obtained.
All application packets and all required attachments must be returned to the same address no later than 3:00 pm on October 15th, 2021. All applications must be returned in-person.

Successful applicants will undergo an oral interview to be held on a later date.
