Minimum Requirements:

• $25.00 Non-refundable application fee
• U.S. Citizenship
• No Felony Convictions 
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must be at least 21 and under 35 years of age on 6/14/2019, unless otherwise exempt by statute 
• Must possess a current and valid POWER test card as of application deadline. Must be issued 6/15/2018 through 6/14/2019.
