A $25.00 non-refundable administrative and processing fee is required before an application is considered complete.

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Be a United States citizen.
• Must be 21 years of age and less than 35 years of age at the time of application. 
• Education: High school education or equivalent thereof.
• Requirements: Must have strong written and oral communications skills.
• Character: Must have no felony convictions and be of good moral character as described in State Statute 65 IL 5/10-2.1-6.
• Residency: Must reside within Cook, DuPage or Will County.
• Must have Valid Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card
• Must have Current and active P.O.W.E.R. Card
• Must agree to comply with all requirements of the position and have the ability to pass all examination and training requirements, including but not limited to: background investigation, psychological, medical examination, etc.
• Must be willing to work all hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to furnish upon request, a copy of the following, to the extent applicable: a resume; professional licenses; training certificates; naval or military service board and discharge papers (DD-214/Copy 4); documents confirming work experience; birth certificate; high school diploma or GED certificate
