Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have high school diploma or GED
• Have valid Illinois Driver's License
• Be certified Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter with the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal (Firefighter/Paramedics only)
• Must be IDPH licensed EMT-Paramedic (Region 9 Northwest Community Hospital EMS System Preferred)
