NOTE: P.O.W.E.R. Card is not required at the time of the written exam, however, candidates must possess a valid P.O.W.E.R. card dated between 9/1/21 and 11/1/22.

Are you already an IL Full Time Certified Law Enforcement Officer? If so, we encourage you to apply at this time for a separate eligibility list. The process and testing dates are the exact same with the exception that no P.O.W.E.R Card is needed. Depending on years of service salary rates may differ.
