• Entry Level Telecommunicator Starting Salary: $54,683 with an increase to $57,990 after successfully completing 6-9 months of training

  Experienced Telecommunicators Starting Salary Range: $57,990 - $66,798 for 2-4 years experience

  Starting Pay: $69,826 for 5+ years’ experience

  The current union contract pay scale allows for a top salary of $87,027 after eight years of service if you are a cross trained Telecommunicator.

  Telecommunicator Benefits:
