Position Details

The Village of Burr Ridge Police Department is seeking qualified candidates for the full-time position of Police Executive Assistant.

The Police Executive Assistant maintains a close and highly responsible relationship with the day-to-day work activities of the Chief and Deputy Chiefs. The position requires the ability to work independently, receiving a minimum of detailed supervision. Ability to perform varied administrative duties, including computer operations, typing, receiving telephone messages scheduling appointments and meetings. Answers routine inquires, maintains files and makes appointments as instructed by the Chief and Deputy Chiefs. Performs other duties required to provide administrative support for the Chief and Deputy Chiefs.
