Position Details

The Village of Hebron Illinois is currently accepting applications from qualified individuals for immediate hire for the position of part-time Police Officer.

Minimum Requirements:

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license
• Character: Must have no felony convictions or misdemeanor charges of domestic battery, and be of good moral character
• Testing: Must be able to participate and successfully complete all phases of the testing including but not limited to: oral interview and thorough background check
• Residency: None

Additional Requirements:

• MUST BE a graduate of one of either the full-time or part-time sworn officer Illinois training programs and be State of Illinois certified Valid FOID card
• Must be willing to work primarily weekends with occasional weekday availability
