QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Citizen of the United States of America
• Be under 35 years of age, unless qualified for exceptions specified in Illinois law
• Have binocular vision correctable to 20/20
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Complete the Oral interview requirements, as well as Background Investigation, and Physical Examination.
• Currently must be a certified Police Officer
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of continuous service as a police officer
