This position is responsible for ensuring that the accreditation functions and accredited status are maintained as defined by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and training mandates are met and maintained pursuant to department policy, state law and provisions outlined by the Illinois Law Enforcement Standards and Training Board (ILESTB).
If selected, successful completion of a thorough background investigation and drug screen will be required.
