  Does not include 4 hours of built in overtime for the 12 hour shifts

  The 12 hour shifts also include every other weekend off.

Position Details

The Posen Police Department is looking to add officers with possible openings immediately.

We are taking lateral officers who have at least a part-time certification, we will send part-time officers to the 80 hour transition course to obtain full-time police certification.

The Posen Police Department currently has members detailed out to the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), South Suburban Emergency Response Team (SSERT), and an opening is available for an officer to be detailed to the South Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team (SMART).
