  • FF/EMT: $18.50/hour
  • FF/MEDIC: $21 - $22/hour
  • Weekends: $2 extra per hour

Position Details

Qualifications:

• At Least 21 yrs. of age
• Be a United States citizen
• Have no felony convictions
• Possess a High School Diploma (or its equivalent)
• Possess a Valid Driver's License
• Illinois OSFM Certified Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter
• IDPH Licensed Paramedic, OR EMT
• Pass a Background Check
• Good moral character, excellent health and able to meet all other requirements set forth by the Monee Fire Protection District 

Part-time Firefighter shifts run as follows:

• 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 24 hour shifts are available
