Position Details

KenCom Public Safety Dispatch is seeking qualified candidates for the position of 9-1-1 Telecommunicator.

Follow the steps below to proceed with the application and testing process:

All tests must be completed by March 17th, 2023 to be considered for the current hiring cycle; however, we will continue to accept test scores past the deadline for consideration in future hiring cycles for up to one year.

• Visit www.nationaltestingnetwork.com
• Go to "Find Jobs". Select "Emergency Communications Jobs" and sign up for KenCom
• Review all information related to KenCom's 9-1-1 Telecommunicator position, including minimum requirements, wages, and benefits
• Complete the NTN registration process and schedule your test (to be considered for this hiring cycle, all tests must be completed by March 17, 2023)
• Review the detailed information about the testing process
• Review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and take an online practice test (if desired) 

Upon completing your scheduled exam, NTN will automatically forward your scores to KenCom. KenCom will contact the candidates who have attained a passing score on the entry level exam during the active hiring cycle to participate in additional steps of the candidate selection process. You must notify KenCom of any changes in contact information during the selection process by sending an email to HR@KenCom911.com.
