• Starting: $82,874

  After 6 Years: $114,267

  For full-time Officers Certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board (ILETSB): Upon completion of the Field Training program, officers will be placed in the wage schedule based on their years of qualified previous experience, up to the maximum at 6 years.

  The salary listed reflects wage rates in accordance with the terms of the 2023 contract.

  • After 3 Years: $97,314
  • After 4 Years: $102,664
  • After 5 Years: $108,313
  • After 6 Years: $114,267
