Morton Grove Police Officer Minimum Requirements:

• 21 years of age at the time of written examination. Applicants must be under 35 years of age when placed on the eligibility list as posted, unless exempt from such age limitation as provided in Section 5/10-2.1-6 of the Fire and Police Commissioner’s Act
• U.S. Citizen 
• Valid driver’s license
• Associate’s degree or at least 60 semester credit hours from an accredited college/university 
• Vision correctable to 20/20 and free from color blindness
• POWER test card dated 8/21/2022-8/21/2023
• Ability to pass all selection and training requirements; agree to two-year reimbursement of expenses

Testing Information:

Your exam will be offered electronically, and you will take the exam in your own home. There will be multiple sessions offered and each will be proctored virtually.  All sessions will be offered during business hours the week of September 18th – it is your responsibility to ensure you have the flexibility to test during these times.
