South Barrington Police Officer

Full-Time Accelerated Lateral Entry

The South Barrington Police Department is looking for exceptional police officers interested in joining its ranks!

We offer the opportunity to join a professional organization performing its work with honor, integrity and respect in a community that appreciates its police officers.

Requirements:

• At least 23 years old
• United States citizen
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license
• Currently a full-time sworn police officer with an Illinois law enforcement agency with at least two years of service (Part-time certification does not meet this requirement)

• Police Commission interview
• Administrative interview
• Background investigation
