Position Details

Universal Security - Celebrating over 30 years of protection

Universal Security is currently seeking Off-Duty Police Officers who are interested in providing security support at retail stores throughout the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:

The primary duties of the officer would be to provide security assistance to the Asset Protection team, and when applicable conduct mobile patrols in the parking lot areas.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license required
• Must have valid FOID card
• No Residency requirement, but must have reliable transportation
• Must be of excellent moral character and personal integrity
• Must have no felony convictions and be of good moral character as described in State Statute 65 IL 5/10-2.1-6
