Position Details

The Rolling Meadows Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Community Service Officer II/Records.

This is a civilian position which will assist Police Department personnel in duties of a non-hazardous, records related nature. These duties include, but are not limited to, processing records requests, Freedom of Information Act requests, court subpoena processing, body worn camera video redaction, court duties, and assisting with staffing the Police Department Service Desk.  Ideal candidates will have experience with body worn camera video redaction through Evidence.com.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Illinois driver's license
• Ability to successfully complete the Department's background and screening process

The CSO II position is a civilian (in-office/not remote) position that requires an individual who likes typically working indoors in an office or court environment with various tasks and responsibilities.
