Police Officer Minimum Requirements:

• $40.00 non-refundable application fee
• At least 21 years of age and have not passed their 35th birthday by closing date for application
• U.S. Citizen who speaks and understands English
• Possess at least 60 hours of college credit at a fully accredited college or university, and also possess a minimum grade average of “C” by application deadline
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of the POWER Test within one year prior to the date of written exam (cards must be dated 11/9/18 – 11/9/19)

Orientation and Testing Information:

Candidates must attend the mandatory orientation written examination in the morning on:

Saturday, November 9, 2019

Testing will be held in Oak Park, IL.
