Responsibilities:

Town of Geneva Police department is responsible for enforcing the laws of the state of Wisconsin and the ordinances of the Town of Geneva. Officer's are also responsible for patrolling Lake Como and keeping citizens and visitors safe while enjoying this Lake.

Lateral Transfer Program Details:

Must be a certified law enforcement officer with a minimum of 1 year experience as a law enforcement officer. Salary will vary with the level of experience as a certified law enforcement officer. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform essential functions of this position
• Ability to possess a firearm
• Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment
• Driver's license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• No felony convictions
• Previous experience 

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 60 college credits / Associate's degree
