The Clerk's office hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A non-refundable fee of $20.00 is required for each application.

Applicants must:

Be 21 years old at time of testing
Have a current CPAT card valid within 12 months of test date
Be less than 35 years of age
Be a citizen of the United States
Be an Illinois State Certified Paramedic at time of hire

Applications must be returned with all the required information to the Office of the City Clerk postmarked no later than Friday, June 29, 2018.
