• Lateral Program (Based on Years of Experience):

  • 3 years to 7 years: $62,329 - $69,029
  • 8 years to 13+ years: $70,065 - $75,479

  Benefits:

  • First two years:
  • 3 days vacation

  • Ability to earn up to an additional 5 days of comp time
  • From two to five years of service with the Village vacation days increase to 8 days
