Position Details

The Village of Oak Brook Police Department is hiring for the position of Senior Administrative Assistant.

Under the general direction of the Chief of Police and reporting directly to the Support Services Deputy Chief, this administrative role is a full-time, non-sworn civilian position responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks crucial to the successful execution of the Village of Oak Brook Police Department mission.

The Senior Administrative Assistant works closely with department staff to ensure a high degree of professional accuracy. Providing both internal and external customer service, the ideal candidate will also be a liaison to other Village of Oak Brook departments and outside agencies. This position comes with the opportunity to obtain training and assist in the operation of the Village of Oak Brook Police Department Real Time Crime Center.
