• At least 21 years of age and less than 36
• Possess a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• US citizen
• No convictions for OWI or under the influence of drugs
• No conviction for a felony or a Class A misdemeanor
• Vision correctable to 20/20
