COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER - ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

The Village of Wheeling Police Department is seeking a dedicated Community Service Officer to join our Administrative Services team in a vital role that supports our mission to serve and protect our community.

As our CSO Administrative Services specialist, you'll be the backbone of our training and accreditation programs:

• Lead Accreditation Efforts: Manage our CALEA accreditation standards and coordinate with assessors during reviews
• Coordinate Training Programs: Oversee scheduling, compliance tracking, and certification management for our officers
• Analyze & Report: Generate meaningful reports on training effectiveness and compliance metrics for department leadership
• Support Operations: Maintain organized systems and databases while coordinating with external agencies
