Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of public safety dispatching (police, fire/EMS, and EMD call-taking).
• Ability to work all shifts (24/7 operation).
• Background check, physical, and drug screen required.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

About the Role:

Telecommunicators handle 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatch police/fire/EMS, provide EMD, monitor radio channels, operate CAD/LEADS, and coordinate with partner agencies — all while ensuring responder and community safety.
