Position Details

Bud's Ambulance

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatch ambulance to emergent and non-emergent calls.
• Monitor security cameras for suspicious activity.
• Data entry to CAD and update information as calls progress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within workspace.
• Provides EMD (pre-arrival instructions) to persons in need of immediate lifesaving intervention, when appropriate.
• Complete the appropriate forms and placing them in designated mailboxes.
• Intake of employees call offs and tardies.
• Adapts to unique circumstances that are presented by callers and then applies their learned skills/established guidelines in resolving situations.
• Communicate updates and additional information to responders during incidents.
• Receives and transfers incoming calls to other offices within the department, when appropriate; takes messages when appropriate.
• Maintains reference information for emergency situations.
• Maintain records and reports including shift reports and operational logs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
