WAUCONDA FIRE DISTRICT FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC TESTING

APPLICATION TIMELINE:

MANDATORY ORIENTATION:

Saturday, February 15, 2020 @9:00 AM

WRITTEN EXAM:

Saturday, March 7, 2020 @9:00 AM

The components of the testing process include: 

• A mandatory orientation
• Written examination (70% minimum passing)
• Physical ability documentation (CPAT)
• Oral interview with Fire Commission
• Up to 20 preference points awarded for; experience, veteran service, education and paramedic certification
