ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• U.S. citizenship at the time of application
• Valid driver's license
• At least 20 years and 6 months as of the date of the written exam, and under age 35 unless an exception listed in Glencoe Public Safety Commission Rules and Regulations applies
• High school diploma or GED
• 60 hours of college credit
• Valid POWER test card, issued within 6 months prior to the date of application

Applications will be available beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.  The application deadline is 4 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019.  A non-refundable fee of $45 will be charged by Stanard & Associates to purchase the application (hardship fee waivers are available).  An optional study guide purchase fee will apply.
