Completion of the NTN Ecomm National Exam is required to move forward in the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

• Age: 18
• High School Grad/GED: Yes
• Valid State Driver's License: Yes
• Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes
• Keyboarding: 35 wpm 

Work Hour Requirements:

• Will work both day shift and night shift during training period (up to 6 months)
• 12-hour shifts with rotating days off and alternating weekends
• Overtime, including last minute overtime that may be mandatory
• Annual seniority-based shift bids 

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to wear a headset that will cover one ear or fit within the ear canal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high stress environment
• Ability to function well as part of a team 

Prior Experience:

• Experience working with computers using a Windows based operating system
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in a public safety environment, preferably in emergency communications (desired)
