Overview:

• Learn everything you need to know about becoming a police officer through this comprehensive workshop.
• Subject matter experts will provide you with key insight into the various stages of the selection process:
• Written examination
• Physical ability (P.O.W.E.R.) test
• Oral interview
• Polygraph
• Psychological
• Background investigation
• The workshop will provide you an opportunity to speak with local police department representatives about the traits and skills they're looking for in police officer candidates.
• Newly hired police officers will also be in attendance to answer any questions you may have about the hiring process, the police academy, and field training.
• The primary goal of this workshop is to prepare you with all the information you need to be successful in becoming a police officer.
