Position Details

The Winnetka Fire Department is accepting applications to establish a new eligibility list for entry-level firefighter/paramedics.

Interested applicants must complete the testing and application requirements through our test vendor, Public Safety Testing, before the August 17, 2026 deadline.

Testing Information:

Candidates have the flexibility to take their written exam in-person at a PST test site or an authorized test center or complete the testing online at home. Testing is free for Winnetka Fire Department candidates.  Written exams must be completed and applications submitted before the August 17 deadline.
