Position Details

The Summit Fire Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a part-time Firefighter/Paramedic.

12 hour shifts: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM

Qualifications:

Applicant must:

• Be 18 years of age
• Be a Citizen of the United States
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Be certified or eligible for certification as Basic Operation Firefighter or Firefighter II through the Offices of the State Fire Marshal
• Be a Paramedic
• Pass a Medical examination and background check
