The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for the Village of University Park are now accepting applications for the position of Police Officer.
Testing is being conducted for an immediate need to hire Police Officers and to establish an Eligibility List for anticipated hiring needs.
The University Park Police Department’s mission is to provide the community with professional police services in a partnership with the citizens while respecting the rights and dignity of all persons. They demonstrate their commitment in protecting and serving their citizens while providing the quality of life identified for a safe and growing village.

Note: There will not be a physical examination conducted on the day of testing and the community is not requiring applicants to possess a valid P.O.W.E.R. Card at the time of testing. Physical Fitness Testing may be established at a future date.
All individuals meeting eligibility requirements are encouraged to continue with the application process.
There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee. Applications are NOT available at the University Park Police Department or Village Hall.
