The Regulations Consultant is an independent factfinder who will investigate complaints/allegations and ensure that all District operations are carried out with honesty, integrity, efficiency, and legal compliance. The Regulations Consultant will also assist district employees in providing guidance in regulation compliance. The Regulations Consultant must inform and advise District employees of all relevant rules and guidelines, stay up-to-date with current regulations, develop programs and practices to maintain compliance with all regulations, monitor District practices, and maintain all records required to certify compliance.
