Position Details

Richmond Police Department is seeking candidates for:

Part-Time Police Officers

Requirements:

• Must have successfully completed the Illinois Basic Law Enforcement Academy and possess certification from the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board or have the ability to be qualified to be certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. 

Applicants will be subject to the minimum qualifications and requirements for candidates, up to and including:

• Oral exam(s)
• Thorough background investigation
• Medical exam
• Psychological exam, etc.
