Position Details

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be, or have been a sworn police officer within the State of Illinois and certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.
• Must have a minimum of ten years law enforcement experience.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to pass the State Training Board Power Test.
• Will be required to take a full medical examination, drug screen and psychological examination.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED certificate, college transcripts, DD Form 214 (if applicable) and birth certificate. 

No residency requirement.
