Position Details

The Spring Grove Fire Protection District seeks one (1) certified Firefighter (II or Basic), licensed Paramedic to work as a District Permanent Part-Time employee.

Ideally the candidate will also already have OSFM Fire Apparatus Engineer (FAE) certification (it is required within 1 year).

A Permanent Part-Time employee works on a 24/48 rotation and is assigned to one of the three shifts (BLACK is the first need).

Vacation, sick time, Kelly Days, short-term disability and health, dental and vision insurance are a part of the benefit package.

The starting wage, with FAE, is $15.75/hour (other certifications may increase that rate).
