Position Details

FULL-TIME OFFICER - LATERAL POSITION LAKEWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT

FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER (LATERAL POSITION)

The Village of Lakewood is seeking ILETSB certified experienced lateral transfer officers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be currently certified as a full-time law enforcement officer
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Must have no felony convictions and be of good moral character (65IL 5/10-2.1-6)
• Graduated from high school or possess a GED
• Possess a Valid FOID Card and Illinois Driver's License
• Willing to work 12 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must successfully complete oral interview, polygraph exam, psychological exam, and drug screen.
