The above-listed communities will hold an open, competitive examination to establish lists of persons eligible for appointment to the position of ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER.

POWER TEST

Candidates interested in applying must successfully complete a POWER TEST on or after June 22, 2018, but PRIOR to the written exam date, Saturday, June 22, 2019. You must bring your valid POWER TEST card to the Orientation and Written Test.

The Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA) has POWER TESTS scheduled for: April 13, May 11, and June 15.

Candidates MUST attend the MANDATORY Orientation Session:

Saturday, June 22, 2019.

Sign-in is from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. No one admitted after 8:30 AM. Must bring a state issued photo ID and a valid POWER Test card to sign-in.
