Position Details

The North Aurora Police Commission is testing to establish a Police Officer Eligibility List with qualified, professional individuals interested in a career in law enforcement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21-34 years of age as of June 14, 2019
• 20 year olds may test if they have 2 years of law enforcement college studies
• Must be age 21 at time of appointment
• Valid Driver's License
• U.S. Citizen
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Pass written/oral exam
• Pass background investigation including reference check
• Pass polygraph exam
• Pass medical exam
• Pass psychological exam
• Pass State of Illinois P.O.W.E.R. test

Friday, June 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

Doors will close promptly at 6:00 p.m. Applications are to be turned in at the orientation program.

A $40.00 non-refundable administrative fee will be due from each applicant when he/she arrives for testing on Saturday. Cash or check payable to Village of North Aurora accepted.
